I am looking for the skillful banner and landing page designers .
I really want to save my time to some other issues and i believe there are a lot of guys who have the same idea.
so ,I hope someone ,my friends ,can give me (us) some advices.
Till now,I know one site from STM,it's

I searched google,and I find another place,www.wix.com(anyway,this one maybe is suitable for people who plan to do it themselves);
I prefer some sites like bannerslanders.com ,WE PAY AND WE GET.
SO ,IF YOU KNOW THE SITES,JUST TYPE IT OUT.
Stay away from Wix, they are not appropriate for affiliate landers or running campaigns.
Fiverr.com odesk.com there you can find many designers that can help you.
A word of caution.
1) many will not know what you need to you will have to spend a lot of time explaining in detail
2) they are unreliable - they might make a lander or banner now but next time you ask they will be busy walking their dog
3) they might charge extra money/gigs or costs if you want something in 24 hrs or less.
4) they could dissapear in the middle of the work you give them if they feel its too hard or not worth it for them
