I'm getting ready to venture out into the world of retargeting, and I'm at a bit of a loss.
Most of the retargeting pixels will be dropped on websites, and I'd like for a way to ensure that my banners will follow the user around the internet.
Which network would let me retarget my traffic on a (ideally) CPC basis, but CPM is acceptable?
Any caveats that I should be aware of in my retargeting?
What kind of product? Exoclick will only retarget if the visitor originated from a campaign on Exoclick. I'm not aware or any other adult networks with a retarget "that works".
Hmmm I'm not sure of any networks that do retargeting on a CPC basis - most retargeting campaigns start out with low impressions and grow so CPM is the best bet for the networks.

What, google stopped retargeting on CPC? Haven't done it in a while. Also AdRoll (not sure about CPC though)
I've pretty much given up on finding a CPC retargeting platform. It's not really a deal killer anyway.

My intended website got disapproved understandably enough. What I'm currently unsure of is how to reorient / shift the angle of the website so I'm not strictly in the Make Money Online category that perfectaudience does not allow.
