Facebook Ad Scheduling - is it affective?

Can anyone speak about their experiences with Facebook Ad Scheduling?

I've been launching oCPM click to website campaigns for Desktop (newsfeed and rhs) of a morning, getting good impressions but the CTR only seems to pick up after work hours... which kinda makes sense.

Contradicts Zeno advice, but would I be better off launching new campaigns of an afternoon and get a better CTR? OR, is it just that Facebook's algo has taken all day to figure out the best audience within my demo to display ads to? (the ads haven't been getting many clicks at all during the day, so not sure how this can be the case)

If they don't get many clicks during the day it's probably your bid holding things back... unless you're dealing with very small audiences.

If you want to try day-parting the campaign just test it and see how it compares to the non scheduled campaign.
