Does anyone know a good Adwords campaign creation tool that creates large campaigns fairly fast? Also a keyword grouper since I don't want to put one keyword to an adgroup.

We run all of our Google campaigns on kenshoo. It's not cheap but can do quite a lot and save you tons of time when running large scale and large volumes of campaigns.
