Missing conversions in Voluum

My affiliate network shows twice the conversions that my Voluum account is showing.

The traffic network is showing more conversions than my tracker but still less than my affiliate network.

Very confused by this, do you guys think this is happening because of my Voluum set up?

sometimes the bug is on the network side. I had have this happening a lot when I was using peerfly heavily when I entered the conversion data manually (same url) then it worked in my tracker (CPVLab). Does it work when you try to add the conversions manually?

Good idea! Will see if I can work out how to do that with Voluum

In Voluum:

Settings (Gear) -> Conversion Upload

As for postbacks not firing. I've been having a lot of that problem with some networks. I ended up just writing a script to log in as me, download the reports, and pass the reports into Voluum.

I tried it a few times but the stats don't update. Really strange.

I spoke to my AM about this problem and they think everything is fine.

I think I'll switch trackers and see if that solves the problem. It's a shame because I really liked Voluum!

Voluum takes 5 min to propagate conversions. Its not instant

Does anyone know how to get Step2s to populate conversions in Voluum?

You mean using the new txid or whatnot? Haven't tried it - and not sure how you would format via the upload tool.
