Starting a PayPerCall Offer

Anyone have some contacts and/or resources they could recommend for getting a callcenter, taking credit cards, etc. etc.?

Is there any way I can get a pay per call number that does not show an charging number example 976 it needs to be a regular looking phone number but when people call they will be charged
