"Payments are required to be made through online transactions or bank transfers before the campaigns are started. BuzzCity may grant credit facilities at its sole discretion. By accepting this agreement, the Advertiser shall be bound by a “No Cancellation, No Refund” policy regardless of campaign releases. Any ads balance will expire after 180 days if not fully utilized."
Someone have lost $50 balance since her account was inactive more than 3 months.
I remember JumpTap nulled my balance of over $100 for inactivity of account. I never followed up with those guys. May be, they would have reverted if I followed up.
any other network has similar policy or anybody has lost any money on other networks because of inactivity of account.
