Monetize viral blogs through AdSense

Hey guys, a small question:

I see many viral blogs like BuzzFeed, Bored Panda, Viralnova etc..that use as traffic sources only fb or fb ads.

These blogs provide traffic to an average price of 10$ CPM.

They use pagination to reach over 10 page views every visit, for this reason they have an average price of 0,10 CPM pageviews.

The AdSense RPM of the bloga is around 1,50$ so they can reach easily a ROI of 150%.

Do u think that this trick is AdSense safe?

Can you get paid out large quantities from it, yes!

Is it Adsense safe? Absolutely not!

I was part of this last year and it was a Russian roulette of who got paid.

Now, a lot of folks are focusing on monetizing these sites through taboola and the like. The roi is far smaller, but you can sleep at night too.

Hope that helps!

Adsense serves a ton of ads with an arrow type "next" button.

With the buttons for pagination this may potentially cause a ton of "accidental" clicks. Even though Adsense serves the arrow button, you'll still be faulted when the traffic doesn't back out!

You can use Adsense in "non aggressive" placements on your site to supplement ROI. Non-Aggressive meaning, can not potentially cause misleading clicks.

Isnt that arrow only on text ads?
I have entertainment site for years too just we're still old fashioned like 9gag (single page) and text ads didn't work for me(smaller revenue)

I can't say for sure at this point, but with image ads you should be better off.

I haven't used Adsense in a year though, so I can't say for sure.
