Has Google banned tech support pay per call ads?

Not sure if they've banned all tech support.

But, they're thoroughly reviewing all accounts that have tech support campaigns.

I just received a message from even a pop up network that they have banned tech support. People are getting pretty crazy aggressive with angles.

Unfortunately affiliates took this offer too far, even coupling it with malware.
