How to have decent support from Sitescout ?

How do you usually contact Sitescout besides their neglected Zendesk shitty support ?

I'm constantly getting this error when trying to send them a payment.

Your bank has declined your card. Please verify that all of your information is correct.
If you think that everything is okay, please contact your bank.

The credit card issuer wrote me this

From our end we give a permission for the transaction and it seems the merchant returns it.
We understand they tell you it is from our end unfortunately we cannot assist you in this case and they need to check with their system.

So basically no one is taking my problem into account, have this ever happened to you ?

Yep used to happen to me in the past.

Didn't get a reply so I used another card and that solved it.

Make sure you add your address to your profile before you make payment otherwise the payment will not go through. They need your address for it to go through.

Their telephone support is fantastic by the way.

I've also had a hard time giving them my money over the years. Not sure if this will help you but they recently added the ability make deposits through paypal and that works every time for me. You can do that here. Just make sure you are logged into the RTB first.
