I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am curious if any of you use Easy Video Suite, Lead Pages, or Profit Builder for developing you mini sites and squeeze pages and if so which one is the best?

If so, I'd not recommend any of them. In general, using Wordpress to host landers is a bad idea.
The video one looks interesting, but video's a tricky thing to master - I'd start with text landers first.
Build your own landers - you'll get more flexibility and more speed. Sometimes, there just aren't any good shortcuts.
