My first campaign on ZeroPark
Hey guys, I've just started my first campaign on ZeroPark , so here is my follow along,
Actually I am totally new on this platform, although I am in the line of advertising for two years, I just worked with face book. so I choose several countries with high conversion rate relatively to have a test.
Offer: Du battery saver
Payout:$0.34~$0.36

I found that the CPC is so high in Southeast Asia, but the CR is really low, what can I do to optimize?

Ouch. Those are really, really high per-click prices for a ZeroPark-like source. I might be wrong, but my guess will be that you'll struggle to achieve the 10% + CVR from cold you'd need to be profitable here.
What happens if you bid lower? Do you just not see any traffic?

The price is really high, and we can’t find any conversion. Maybe we could try a lower bid to see how it works.

Wowza what's going on here?
$0.100 per redirect is at least 10x as expensive as it should be so something must be up.
What are you bidding? How are you targeting.
For MX for example you should get considerable mobile volume just bidding $0.01 - seems like you're bidding about 5x that?

this platform made me crazy, even I can't understand the bid mode,

You bid X value for your campaign and then all the targets switch to auto.
The system bids a varying CPM across the campaign so that you can get a mix of placements that cost around you average, as well as above and below.
So, if you bid $0.02, you will get some traffic from placements that cost $0.035 - but no way near as much from placements that actually cost $0.02 and less. By doing this the system explores higher cost placements for you while maintaining your average bid across the entire campaign.
When you look at the individual targets, you can switch off auto and bid a manual amount for that placement - this way you can force ZeroPark to give you more traffic on that placement, rather than it using the campaign's average bid.
To put it visually:

So, campaign bid is $0.004. Overall the top spend placements are coming from bids above this average - which makes sense.
The Top Bid column is historical and might tell you when a placement costs a lot. The data is not current so it's not really that useful.
You can see I have placed manual bids on some placements and this will allow me to bid above and beyond the campaign's bid on that specific placement - allowing fine tuning of the campaign placements without having to break them out into new campaigns.

zeno, thanks a lot. I will try to do some optimizing and update my data. you know, I am a newbie, except FB. I would be glad if you are willing to give me more attention.

Is there a chance for any of the mods of the forum to make some sort of a tutorial or a case study of zeropark? it seems like a very good source for mobile and i am using it also with a below average success. would be interesting to see how experienced people using this platform wisely. just a thought.... thanks!
