How do you make a Mastermind work if everyone is using similar campaigns?

Hey guys, just had a question for you all, particularly those who have partaken in successful Mastermind groups. I just joined a Mastermind and it's pretty small right now just two of us. But we both had some questions regarding how we'd make it work. From my understanding, the point of a Mastermind is to combine knowledge to crack through the learning curve stage quicker and figure out what works and what doesn't.

What I was wondering though is that, if we're all sharing info with each other regarding what creatives convert, what landing pages convert, what offers convert... then how on earth do we all profit without A. beating a campaign to death quicker than if one person was running it and B. Competing against each other bid wise.

I guess a solution to B would be to all bid separately by like 1 cent? We're using POF traffic by the way, and are extremely organized with DropBox, Google docs, file sharing - the whole deal. Any advice would be awesome!

The way we handled that in our mastermind was by splitting GEOs among us. We picked offers that had multiple GEOs.

True, did you find though that campaigns generally had similar ROI's through different English speaking countries? Or does it vary drastically and one guy gets the lucky country lol
