I would like to ask how do i create a mobile LP?
Is it possible to create a mobile LP via the desktop because it's quite hard & time consuming to create one LP on the phone.
Any advise?

I'm a bit confused here - are you physically making landers on your phone?
No one does this - you don't have to actually build the lander on your phone for it to be a mobile lander :S
Just make the lander with whatever software you want - on your desktop - and design it to be mobile responsive, then test it in:
a) your browser, with the window resized
b) Chrome with the emulator mode
c) Emulators e.g. browserstack, mobilizer, Keynote MITE, etc.
d) upload it and test it on your phone as well
Wow, if you have actually created landers using just your phone, you are my hero!
Sorry to confuse. I'm actually figuring out what software or ways to build a lander.
I'm still new in this AM.

There's no software that is great at it.
Muse is OK but doesn't really do responsive design.
For responsive stuff you can use Webflow, Pinegrow, Macaw, Adobe Edge Reflow, CoffeeCup Responsive Layout Maker, and even online tools like Codiqa, Wishpond, etc.
The best way right now for affiliates is making clean landers by hand - or get designers to do it, simply because it keeps things cleaner.
