how to get cards for international accounts

does anyone know how to get cards for setting up international FB accounts if you are based in the US?

i need to be able to get a billing zip code in the international region the account is from. creating the account, IPs, other stuff is not an issue. does anyone know if entropay would work for this (for example)?

forgive the ignorance, but why not just create the accounts in the US if that's where you're based?

I think Entropay not working anymore, you might have a chance with them if they changed their vcc bank issuer. Check that!

It's easier to get these accounts internationally

Did you figure out a solution for this, or find a good provider of fb accts? Figuring this stuff out myself right now, might have some tips based on what I've tried if you PM or skype me john_crestani

I provide a solution for this -> clear bank account with unlimited visa/mastercard debit cards + vps ip adress
I live in a country where I can f+ck the system pm me if interested
