steeply decreasing ROI

i am running a low payout CPI mobile install offer, and i am running banners on a country where i had 0% ROI on the first day, 60% ROI the next (after cutting banners) and then the very next day it turned negative. any idea why this is happening? the days are tuesday wednesday and thursday the CTR rates are the same, but the conversion rates have dropped alot. i cannot really figure out whats happening, how can the ROI drop so fast?

the conversion rates are as follows >>>

7 oct >> 7.8%
8 oct >> 12.5% (optimizing for placements and banners)
9 oct >> 14.6%
10 oct >> 11.3%
11 oct >> 10.16%

what i dont understand is if the people already saw this banner many times? why is the CTR constant?

how do u manage the daily budget for a big country? i tried around 200-300 a day it was fine, when i increased it to 1000+ daily it turned negative?

Are your banner placements the same?

i am constantly cutting banners, leaving out the better ones, and also cutting losing placements.

So no.

Of the placements that earned you money. Were they equally distributed across your testing days?

No. As the days passed they were bidded more because they were more profitable, or they remained the same.
