CPVLab download link (13)
How long is the wait time to get the download link after purchase? It's been over 12 hours for me now. I contacted support twice via email and still no replay.
its usually pretty quick......and they are quick to respond most times....but my second purchase did take like about 8hrs or so to post
do a follow up...lately been slowing down
me too . after 2 days i have got their download link . so you must waiiiiiiiiiiiiit .

hmm. i was exchanging emails with robert from cpvlab late last week but have to say that i havent had a response to the latest one either for a couple of days.
maybe he is out of town.
if you havent yet - log a ticket.
This sucks. Nothing yet, not even replay from the support team. Now I'm not even sure that this is the right tracking tool for me.
I heard good things about CPV's support and how fast they are, but this is completely opposite.
I had the same problem, don't worry it'll come to ya. It took over a day for me. It must be a timing issue atm. Trust me those guys are a solid team. contact robert robert@cpvlab.com

he assures me this should not happen and is happy to deal with any download link issues.

i suggest you mail him your payment receipt and request the download link.
I think Rob is back now, answered an email I sent yesterday.... must have done a runner for the weekend! 
i bought it 2 days ago and not seen download link either.. i just sent rob an email hope can get it resolved...

Yeah, same here, it's making me more anxious..
Robert is back.. if you guys paid w/Paypal I think there's an issue w/the redirect.. In any case the d/l link is valid for 3h and I'm sure he'll reset it when he sends it..
i had same issue but it was resolved yesterday w/an apology... it took also 72h
