Huge ClickLoss -67% of Clicks Lost

I ran a test campaign on Adult-Mobile and I find a huge discrepancy between clicks reported in TJ- 9,040 and Clicks reported in my affiliate Network Account: 3,465

That is a click loss of 5,575- 61.67%

I used A Dedicated Server and CPVLab for Tracking initially, I switched to Voluum with No change.

What do I do to reduce this Massive Loss ?

Mobile or desktop?

First thing I would do is check the click report and include dupes. It's easy to get fooled when lots of traffic is repeated or comes from IPs that aggregate users.

For mobile it wouldn't be a shock for <50% of the IPs to be unique - there's only so many cell carrier gateways.

Zeno..Thanks for your response.

It is mobile and The clicks includes duplicates.

Am just confused...Is this normal?

Lastly for mobile what is a reasonable click loss?

Are you sure?

You'll need to go to click report > include duplicate clicks to see these.

The stats in the creative summary and everywhere else do not include duplicates (different to bot traffic).

I understand what you are saying Zeno....I did that already.

What can be wrong?

Oh, what is the click count at CPV Lab? That's a missing rather important piece of data!

Thanks Zeno...The click count on CPV Lab is 7,954.

What can be wrong?

Hmm what country is this?

That level of click loss is massive but wouldn't surprise me if it were mobile users in Zimbabwe with the affiliate network server in the US - though in this case that would mean your dedicated is doing a lot better.

Try loading the aff link through a mobile device to check for errors or things like multiple JS redirects/meta refreshes that bog things down.

In the end, its probably due to the affiliate network and/or the way the link is set up, so I would just ditch them in that scenario.

Thanks Zeno..The country is Australia.
