I tried this once before and didn't stick to it, so I am giving it another another go.
Just a noted- I know the instructions says to pick a lower payout offer from a non-us country, but I wanted to see if I could convert this one...

Stats:

Campaign has been running for about a day and it seems that I am getting clicks so far, but no conversions. I have started to pause a few apps as recommended such as Grindr as to help save my budget.
My understanding is that I need to let this thing run for a few days and see what happens. Before I get to that point, wanted to reach out to everyone and see if there are any glaring issues so far?
Thanks!
Dan
Dumb mistake- Just realized that this offer requires the user to enter their phone number and subscribe...I would probably need a lander in this case...
Trying to see if there is a similar Italian offer that is CPI instead for a lower payout... thoughts?
It's a good offer. I suggest:
1. Get a (aggressive) lander. "Battery draining too fast/Update your <brand> battery! Enter your phone number to receive the update.
2. Make aggressive banners that look like system messages
3. Dont tell anyone
4. ???
5. Profit
Also pro tip: Run on all OS's, including Feature phones
Yep, if you're looking to run a direct-linked campaign you'll probably need an easier-to-convert offer.
In terms of other issues with the campaign setup - I'd always recommend running a bot test on the traffic you're getting to eliminate bot-ridden placements (see http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...367#post180367 ), and I'd recommend more variation in your banner design. Your banner designs are very similar, simply with different colors: I'd recommend varying more widely than that.
Good luck, and looking forward to your next results!
STM really has so many people from all over the globe.
When people post creatives, they virtually always get called out if their language isn't up to snuff :-)
It's a great service really!
If the offer's for Android, you can only run it for Android, you're correct.
An "aggressive" lander doesn't just mean that it tells people to install - it means that it provides them with a very, very strong reason why they'd want to. That's what your additional page should do.
Why would someone WANT to install this app?
More than that - why should it be so important to them that they have to stop everything and do it right now?
