Newbie to intermediate with some kind of skill to help the others.
I am looking to run traffic on pof and fb mainly, have a budget of about 1000 monthly to run ads.
The idea is to create a small group of no more than 10 of serious marketers and help each other during the beginning stages, exchange ideas, test things and document stuff.

I'd recommend sticking closer to 5 than 10 members and you should really have a much more specific focus, unless you want the Skype chat to be of less value.
Make it running FB ads or PoF ads, not both, and focus on helping each other out through the newbie hurdles with launching campaigns.
You can always try to make a second mastermind for the other traffic source.
Better to have two that are focused than one that doesn't quite know what it's purpose is.
Cool in that case then PoF first, as is more newbie friendly..
