Never had an issue updating subids inside cpvlab before but for some reason CPV Lab just isn't picking up conversions from yesterday when I update my stats. Anyone experienced this before?
I would:
1. Triple check the subid formatting to make sure no errant characters are in there, even whitespace. Try pasting into a notepad app then going to CPV Lab.
2. Open your web developer console and see if there are any errors when you submit.
3. Look at your PHP/MySQL/etc. logs on your server to see if there are any obvious errors happening when you try to upload.
If you have NewRelic installed you should be able to diagnose errors there as well.
