Need Help, Conversion Is Not Automatically Showing at Voluum

Hi All,

I need some help and advice here, this is my first campaign. I'm on Glispa, Decisive & Voluum.

Glispa offer URL (I set at Voluum) : http://ads.glispa.com/sw/12345/CD12345/s2={clickid}&s3={campaign.id}

Decisive Postback at Voluum : http://win.crwd.io/convert/{externalid}

Campaign link at Decisive : http://86eak.trackvoluum.com/xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxx?media={{{media}}}&app={{{app}}}&site={{{site} }}&placement={{{placement}}}&cat={{{category}}}&de vice={{{device}}}&isp={{{carrier}}}&os={{{os_versi on}}}&cid={{{creative_id}}}&adid={{{ad_id}}}&bidha sh={{{bidhash}}}

Global Callback I set at Glispa : http://86eak.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid={sid}&payout={payout}

My campaign is not using landers since I'm trying to follow the Cookbook : Appetizer thread.

My problem is the conversions is not automatically showing at Voluum, I need to upload it manually. Any help or advice is really appreciated.

Thanks

Seems like you send your click ID to sub ID 2 in Glispa, but pass sub ID 1 to your postback:

Glispa offer URL (I set at Voluum) : http://ads.glispa.com/sw/12345/CD12345/s2={clickid}&s3={campaign.id}
Global Callback I set at Glispa : http://86eak.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid={sid}&payout={payout}

I don't work with Glispa, but there should be a placeholder similar to "{sid}" for sub ID 2, this should solve your problem.

Like I mentioned, I personally don't run anything with Glispa, but looks fine.

Glispa URLs are a bit unusual in that they just take the subid after the slash.

So in this case, I'd set up your offer URL in Voluum as http://ads.glispa.com/sw/12345/CD12345/{clickid} (and you could then set &{campaignid} after that if you wanted to).

Then you set up your global postback in Glispa as http://86eak.trackvoluum.com/postback?cid={sid}&payout={payout} , as you said.

Hope that helps!

Yes, your affiliate link was not in the correct format.

Glispa's system is clearly different to most platforms you will work with.

It is dangerous to presume the structure of the affiliate URL - I see you used .../s2=&s3= but nowhere does it say this is the format, so really you just guessed.

Their format is like so: ........./CD12345/subid1___subid2___subid3

Note each subid is separated by three underscores.

When it comes to tokens, these values are represented by {sid}, {afid2} and {afid3}, respectively.

If you look at your reports data you will see these values splitting into the three columns provided you separated them as designed.

So, in Voluum you could do something like: ..../CD12345/{campaign.id}___{lander.id}___{clickid}
