There really is no best place to start, everywhere has their pros and cons. POF is a great place to get the foundation built, but then you're severely limited of volume, then again mobile is a great place for volume and scaling, but the variables in testing are a lot more expensive generally.
You just have to pick 1, fully submerge yourself in it and make it happen there, because every source will have HIGHLY PROFITABLE MARKETERS
