Hi all,
I'm just wondering how many hours each of you spend on affiliate marketing every week. Or more specifically, how many hours did you start out with, and is it a full time job for many of you now? How many years have you been in AM now? And do any of you still hold down full time jobs (successfully) and do AM on the side (successfully too... lol)
I know it's a pretty noob question, but i'm genuinely curious.
Cheers guys
Managing campaings and researching stuff ~ 2-3 hours per day. I did not have a job in 10 years...
The great part about affiliate marketing is you make your own rules. You get out what you put in. You can treat it like a hobby and make a bit of cash here and there, or you can go full attack mode and generate some monster numbers.
I used to be addicted to it when I started out, pulling even 10-12 hours per day sometimes.
Now I'm much more relaxed, it varies from nothing to a 4-5 hours a day.
Since i have no recurring revenue sources and run media buys that i have to babysit i work 12 hrs per day with my team. If id have a recurring rev id work 1 to 2 hrs tops.
I started off very differently then i work now.
When i started i tested 100+ campaigns a month and worked 14hr+ days. I was just testing, testing and scaling. Endless hard work. I recommend this attitude and work ethic when starting.. jumping in head first!
