First check the click reports at Clickdealer to see if the click IDs even exist in the s2 column.
all columns subid1 and subid2 etc are empty...
with conversions and without
That all seems fine, but it Clickdealer is not picking it up, it's very likely that you have something amiss in your
Check:
1. The offer has the URL as you stated with &s2={clickid}
2. That the campaign you have set up is configured to direct link to that specific offer.
3. That when you load your campaign link in your browser, the http headers show that you generated a click ID and passed this as s2 to the network.

How did you get it to work? I'm having the same prob. I'm using a hasoffer platform. Plus a lander.
Can you post the following (remove any pertinent domain details).
1. Your click flow (e.g. default path -> one lander -> one offer)
2. The link used for your CTA on your lander
3. The offer URL used in
4. The postback URL set at the network
Usually it's just that you have missed a token somewhere or used an incorrect one.
