What is a good hosting solution for high speed high volume sites nowadays? Preferably will allow me to pay in bitcoin.
Not sure about bitcoins but if you need affiliate specialized hosting go with BeyondHosting.
Otherwise I have used and liked WiredTree, SingleHop, LiquidWeb for dedicated servers.
