Ppv and adult, does it work?

I have some fresh ideas for this combination but does it work? What are you guys experience in this?

Not sure about now, but I had it working in 2010-2011 I can't imagine much has changed unless the major networks have banned the offers, therefore might need to use some cloaking but definitely does work
