Exoclick verification issue

I'm starting my very first adult dating campaign and have created accounts with both Traffic Junky and Exoclick.

I started with Exoclick, by creating a campaign selecting two placements (YouPorn and ImageFap) and uploaded two banners. The URL goes to my Prosper202 with a standard setup.

I received the following rejection from Exoclick. I wasn't aware I needed a referral to join. Has anyone encountered anything like this?

Yeah they are getting pretty strict lately.

Try calling them and you might avoid the whole referral thing.

Interesting. I filed a ticket, I can't find a phone number for them. I'll see if any of my friends doing affiliate marketing have an account and can help me. Otherwise I'll try Traffic Junky or other traffic sources for now. Thanks.
