I have been following the mobile cookbook guide and I have made 8 320x50 banners to start off with decisive via photoshop, but it will not let me upload any of them. It will not give a reason. Anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I should be looking at before I upload my banners?
Try using a different browser.
Failing that, try going through a VPN.
Commonly these kinds of issues can be sporadic and browser/connection/DNS-related.
Just as a thought: what format have you saved them in? Photoshop saves them as a .psd file unless you tell it otherwise.
You can't upload a .psd image to Decisive unless you save it as a different format (I use .jpg for non-animated banners, myself) instead.
