Email Campaign - MASSIVE Clickloss

I bought a few email drops from an adult source and getting massive click loss (around 50%).

The campaign is converting fine for the clicks I am getting , but I'm also getting charged for a ton of additional clicks so actually it's losing a ton of money

Traffic source says tech looked into it and found no issues on their end.

Their stats:http://screencast.com/t/X0LhNUv6
My stats:http://screencast.com/t/9Vk1iv8NRX

This is my first time doing email so I'm not really sure what's going on here.

Any ideas on what might be happening and how to move forward?

How are they measuring the clicks and how did the supposedly build their list?

One possibility is that your server or offer is redirecting traffic based upon geolocation so if the traffic is not from the USA for example it will be sent elsewhere and wont appear in your stats. If that' the case there is nothing you can do except ask them to come down in price or drop them. Even if you could reclaim those non USA clicks you wouldnt want them because they wont convert.

Yup they claimed it's 100% USA (confirmed by my tracker). Also, nothing's redirecting on my end.

If theres no redirection script or any other kind of script running on your server that could be causing this it must be their problem and if they want to keep you as a customer they should figure it out.

Is there any possibility is caused by your tracking software? Do a quick google for click loss with your tracking software. If nothing comes up its them not you so put the onus of fixing it on them.
