So I have a lander that runs fine on my pc, but when I run it on mobile I get connection time out - happened last hour with a short period where it was working then still.
I tried on a different browser - still time out, however I tried it on my laptop and no problems at all, I tried on browser stack and same, loads fine.
I contacted my hosting but wanted to ask you for your take on it, notice the entire site is not responsding not the specific lander.
And also I want to know how many visitors are getting connection timeout when they come to my site

At this point, I think we need more information in order to figure this out.
Have you tried loading your lander on a different handset/a different make of handset?
Which carriers have you tested this with? Have you tried it with wi-fi as well as your carrier?
Have you blacklisted any handsets, operating systems etc. on your traffic source?
What sort of hosting are you using for your landing page? Your own machine; a VPS; something else?
The only real way of determining whether your visitors are getting timeouts, is whether they are clicking through to the offer at all.
If they're not, then either your site's not accessible or you may want to make some changes to your landing page 
mm good questions, I tested it only on my device, browser stack and my laptop.
I'll see if the problem persists and try on different times of the day. Users are clicking to the offer, so I guess that's fine
