I'm not familiar with creating websites other that Wordpress and I need to create landing pages. If I were to use Adobe Muse to create a page I'm not sure how to upload.
I have a VPS at Bluehost which I have created a Addon domain specifically for landing pages. Should I create a folder in the Addon domain to upload landing page to and do I need to do this for each landing page I want to create, therefore eventually having 100's of different folders? Not really to sure of the process. Any help appreciated.

You need to connect to your server via FTP for this.
Dowload FileZilla.
In your cPanel, make and FTP account or get the details for an existing one. You plug these into FileZilla to connect.
Organise landers however you like. They are just files on a computer. Would you put 50 webpages and folders on your desktop and deal with index.html, css files etc always wanting to overwrite each other? Unlikely - you'd separate them in some intelligent, consistent way.
Whatever you do, that will be reflected in the URL used to access the file.
