New - Running Adwords with Clickbank Affiliate Offers - Few ?'s Help Plz :)

Can someone point me in a good direction to make some serious money lol. I hate too be so forward but don't have alot of time left in
my life to make some serious changes, and need a little guidance.

That's a little worrying - what situation are you in exactly?

There is a lot of money to be made in a lot of places, including Adwords advertising for every vertical.

Adwords can get very expensive and running CB offers might not be straightforward - AFAIK Google want content rich pages, not bridging pages, and might not be so fond of Clickbank sales pages. I don't run Adwords but I know it's not so simple to arbitrage traffic to CPS offers.

How much experience with AM do you have?

I would strongly recommend that you don't pursue Adwords unless you have a lot of experience already.

Also, as Zeno says, is everything OK? Sounds like you might have problems for which affiliate marketing is not the ideal solution.
