Having a short break and had some time to evaluate my time as a newbie.
One of the issues is working full time at a laptop then spending another 3-5 hours on the laptop doing AM. All while balancing a newborn and not getting more than 3hrs continuous sleep!
I want to take off a week and treat AM like a job, as it should be.
What should a newbie expect to achieve in 60 hrs?

I am also rather newbie... I would say it depends on your current experience and what you have achieved so far. As newbies, we should definately spend some time reading, but not too much. There's so much information out there and one of the risks as a newbie is to drown in all this information without taking action and getting some campaigns up and running. Did you choose verticals and which traffic sources you'll work with?
