Traffic in Poland/Eastern Europe

Hi!

Im looking at some offers in Poland and Eastern Europe in general and I was wondering if anyone knows any ad networks(not facebook) that have decent amount of traffic in Eastern Europe?

I am from Poland and we have some large media buys platforms but I don't think so you will profit without knowing the language - actually all is in Polish, as well as sites descriptions. Except that I can mention Google Content Network, AdKontekst (is very popular in Poland, contextual ad) and AdTaily..If you have more questions I will be glad to help.

Thank you! I will look into AdKontekst and AdTaily. I have banners ready and everything, i just need traffic sources to test
