A lot of affiliates and Internet marketers leave a LOT of money on the table by not monetising everything they can.

You have a US offer but you somehow get traffic from the UK? FIND WAYS TO MONETISE THAT TRAFFIC!
You have people coming on to your landing page but leaving quickly because they are not interested in your offer? FIND WAYS TO AT LEAST CAPTURE THEIR EMAILS TO MONETISE LATER!
You run your own product and you have a thank you page when someone buys? FIND WAYS TO MONETISE THAT PAGE THROUGH UPSELLS AND CROSS SELLS!

Each one of these actions may not seem like much, but they add up as you do larger and larger volumes.

How is this applicable to most of us?
If I send my subscribers list a broadcast e-mail and 1500 of them bounce back I don't understand what advantage this will give me...

It is the other way around. You have 1000 websites/landing pages. Someone emails the contact details on one of these sites. For some reason they get a bounced message (e.g. wrong email, box full, or you just don't want to deal with the hassle of replying to messages). You monetise that open of the bounced message.

It is actually a pretty brilliant business idea.
