Does anyone know of a network that allows retargeting for bizop offers?
Exoclick is the closest I've found but their retargets have to begin with a campaign originating with them. I'd like to retarget website visitors.
Bonus if they have popunders.

Sitescout offers retargeting which works with a cookie that you place on your website. You can only use these cookies for Sitescout but you are free to place them on any website you have (doesnt have to be sitescout traffic). I think most networks with retargeting work this way. Run a search in STM and Google and you'll find plenty of them.
