Perfect audience isn't interested in working with affiliates or clickbank products. Dang. Can you bros recommend an affiliate friendly re-targeting service? What's worked for you in the past?

For what traffic source? Facebook? Display? Mobile?
PerfectAudience was pretty much the lowest barrier to entry for FBX.
There are several key differences between FBX and native FB retargeting - mainly being that FBX ads had some dynamic capability and could retarget in real time.
However, you can still tag people with custom audiences on FB and retarget that way, but you need to make new campaigns periodically as the custom audience used in the campaign doesn't change as the actual raw audience does.
For FBX there are quite a few platforms available:
AdRoll: No minimums and probably the biggest retargeting platform - not sure about affiliate friendliness but in their FAQ they do mention affiliates and don't say NO to it.
Advertising.com: Massive, not sure on minimums and all that.
TheTradeDesk: looks like a snazzy platform but may be enterprise-focused or not so interested in affiliates.
BevoMedia: I think they have FBX access?
For other types of retargeting there will be platforms that let you do it internally, e.g. AdWords, SiteScout, Exoclick, etc.
To take my facebook clicks and retarget them around the web with display etc... I think sitescout is probably the best for what I want to do. Thanks zeno, all hail technoking.
