Hi - I've seen this done and wanted to shoot it to the group and see if this sounds correct:
1. Find compelling offer on Neverblue for some sort of gaming offer. Let's say $2 CPI in NZ for GameX.
2. Get approved in NB
3. Build out 10 banners/creatives
4. Setup CPC/CPM campaign in AdMob using this creative
5. Bid accordingly
6. Track, refine, repeat
What am I forgetting to do/what road blocks will I run into? Specifically wondering about terms of service and tracking issues.

Where did you see this? Must have been fairly old because Admob is now exclusively for Devs and since about 1.5 years ago they don't allow tracking links which makes it impossible for affiliate offers.
You can access the same inventory through Adwords...but that comes with all the usual Adwords BS
That's are rather fairy tale like process that covers what you would do on virtually every ad network...
If you're looking for AdMob specific pointers then I guess deo has nailed em!
Might be better to hit up DSPs and RTB platforms that plug into AdMob as an exchange.
Yeah good call. A guy did a presentation on this last year, AdWords may be what he meant.
Basically I have really good knowledge of the mobile gaming world and know what converts, especially international markets. I'm trying to find a way to do the following:
1. Setup advertiser account on Network X
2. Build full set of creatives for offers, countries, etc
3. Push them to relevant offers on NeverBlue, others
Pretty standard affiliate marketing play, just beating the margins on CTR and conversion rates. Just want to make sure I dont waste a bunch of time doing unnecessary work or getting application revoked after setting this up.

That's pretty "Plain Vanilla" affiliate marketing.
You will find it tough if you think that banners alone will give you an edge. Gaming on mobile is incredibly competitive and you compete with devs whom have huge budgets to burn.
With that being said, it really depends on where you get your traffic from. I would recommend you focus on getting higher payouts as soon as you find something that works.
