Is it worth pursuing AM on an already successful site?

I have a site that does about 10 million unique visitors a month from paid traffic, the site is a general entertainment site. Our ROI is a pretty consistent 200%+ with adsense. We net about $30k a month. I'm not sure if I should tinker with anything. Any advice?

The answer is YES!!!

If you are only getting 30K a month from Adsense, you should be able to get several times that with AM!!!

What Humble said, BIG TIME YES.

Look at what your Adsense ads are promoting and start from there. Also visit your competitors sites and see what is being promoted.

I'm not exactly sure on how aggressive you want to get with your ads, but sites like piratebay have 99% affiliate ads, so you can get some inspiration there too.

Okay, maybe i'll pick a country and stick to that country for testing while letting everything else hit adsense, and work my way up from there. Do you guys know of any light weight geo based ad rotation software? Would need to work with cloudflare.

U do content markering with outbrain and taboola?

No. We've explored those options, but they're a little too pricey for us. I honestly have no idea how those places that do content marketing make a positive ROI with those guys only running adsense and taboola or any other of those other content ad places. Your CTR would have to be bananas to even make $10 per k with adsense, and taboolas RPM is quite low. We would be lucky to break even.

If you don't feel comfortable sharing your site in public, feel free to shoot me a pm with some basic site stats, and I can give you some indication of what you could potentially achieve with your site.

The makeup of your audience and their user journey for coming to your site will make a big difference in your ability to monetise this through affiliate channels.
