Simple Workaround To New Facebook UID Rule (3)
Instead of trying to upload UIDs simply convert them to @facebook.com emails. There are several tools out there that do this, and that also give you the option to scrape emails instead of UIDs. So Facebook scraping is not dead. For now at least. 
Yeah, I'd advice staying away from this. FB is cracking down on CA abusers HEAVILY these days. I know of several people who have been slapped hard by using @facebook-emails. Use at your own risk.
Does Facebook let you target by Facebook email rather than registered email address? Didn't realise, makes sense though.
Like all things that marketers exploit, they will just clamp down on that as well, somehow.
