Conversion Not Showing. Why?

Hey all..

I am campaigning an offer from Glispa. It is a mobile offer and I am using Decisive for the traffic.

It's been getting around 200 clicks and no conversion on Decisive. But when I check on Glispa, there are 2 conversions.
How is this possible? Did I not set the tracking correctly? Anyone experience the same thing?

It's 100% likely that you don't have tracking setup correctly.

1. What does your affiliate link look like.

2. Are you using a tracking system.

3. Have you set up a global postback with Glispa or a postback URL for that offer specifically?

Hi Zeno,

Okay maybe you can help set up the tracking link.

Here's the tracking link that I got from Glispa: http://ads.glispa.com/sw/...../.....29/[Your_Sub_Id]
Not sure what they mean by "Your_Sub_Id". I don't know where to find it.

I don't use any tracking system because I'm still not sure how to use one such as Voluum.

I use the callback link from Decisive for the postback, but not sure if it is correct. I could really use some help with this tracking cause it's a bit confusing.

Caurmen will be releasing a tracking tutorial soon.

[Your_sub_id].... is exactly what it says - your value you that you want to pass for tracking purposes.

It can be the name of a banner or dickboob for all Glispa cares.

You should learn how to use Voluum immediately - stop shooting yourself in the foot.

There are so many threads/posts here about setting up Decisive + Voluum that you'd have to try very hard not to see them.

If you want to get a simple Decisive > Glispa postback working, set your Glispa affiliate link to have ..../12345/{{{bidhash}}} - i.e. end with that token where [your_sub_id] is.

Then in Glispa add the postback for Decisive and put {SID} in it, e.g. hxxp://win.crwd.io/convert/{SID}

Okay Zeno thanks for the advice. I'll give it a try.
