Can you merge Conventional Business with Online Affiliate Marketing?

Hello STM,

I am new here so please excuse my simple questions.

With that said I have a question I was wondering if you could give me some feedback on.

I have a call center that we use primarily for recruiting for major transportation companies. So here was my thought and tell me what you think. I was reading online about Regal Assets and how they are one of the highest paying programs out there. While looking at their compensation program I noticed that they will pay you $100 just for getting someone to fill out their online form to receive a free Gold kit from them and then if they invest they will send you 3 to 5% of the sale.

So my wheels started turning and I was wondering if there was a way I could combine my call center and my affiliate marketing for this product. In my mind if you can make 100 bucks just for getting someone to receive their free kit, could you not get a higher conversion by coming up with some call script where I could put say 50 people calling 100 to 150 people a day directing them to that online form to fill out or even directly walking people through the sign up.

Wouldn't your conversion rate go way up since they are talking to a live person directing them towards verses the signup page or signup email verses just posting on my website or just sending out emails. The payout is huge if someone actually purchases. I just thought since I already have a call center maybe I could compliment each side.

What do you guys think? Also are there any other programs out there that might be a good fit for this idea.

Thanks for the feedback

- Shawn

I don't know what the rules are for unsolicited calls, but there's no reason why you can't do that.

I know some 'gurus' use call centers to upsell their super expensive coaching sessions. Mike Filsaime's script is the most interesting one, the first question they ask is "What is the limit on your credit card?"

It's quite a unique idea and opportunity you have due to having a call center.

My short answer is this COULD work.

It mainly depends on the offer.

Certain offers will rely on quality. So say your call centers are able to convince 400 people a day to fillout the offers. These people filling out the forms needs to backout (aka pay) for the advertiser. Otherwise the advertiser will cut you.

So as long as the people filling out the offers actually follow through to a degree with what they're signing up for, you're probably good to go!

I'd test it with 2-3 guys and a couple different offers

There's no reason why you could not do this. As long as enough of the people you find end up paying for the product which the advertiser is promoting and as long as you are abiding by all compliance regulations, then that should be fine.
