Since you are asking this question here, I assume you are considering affiliates.
There are couple of affiliates networks in China and they may be your best Choices to conquer China Market.
YeahMobile
AppFlood Affiliate Network
Kingmobi
Avazu

Lots of mobile sources have Chinese traffic. I know that Decisive has a bunch, for example. And there's always Facebook!

. It's a solid offer, strike it while the iron is hot.
Try Admob and Millennial.

There's loads of Chinese mobile ad networks to test, but i've found a lot of them are just in chinese and communication can be an issue. Just google some related phrases and you'll find a bunch of ad networks!

@hangman - good point! Although it's not banned in HK - but that's a tiny demo compared to mainland China.

Honestly most mobile networks have LOADS of Chinese traffic.
Trying baidu (China's Google) like pacman mentioned above it a great idea.
Your mainstream networks like buzzcity and airpush will also have lots of China traffic!

@movement - if it's being suggested here, then yep, there's an affiliate deal out there on some networks, so yes, you should be able to be paid for leads.

Almost all gaming apps are free-to-install and there are hundreds of them that have affiliate offers. They monetise in-game, e.g. with the freemium model, so the users are valuable to advertisers.
