1 hour translation - not so one hour -
I ordered 51 languages, around 4000 words.. total cost came to around $322!

Yep, always been 24 hours ish in my experience.
Can't be a difficult business to replicate?

You don't use 'expert' translation? I usually use a mobile or advertising expert but lately I have been doubting if I need it.

Haha, well, point here is that they call themselves 1 hour translators which is very misleading.
Anyway they finished about half of the languages so far... cost too much though
Transey is coming in the near future, for half the price and def no 1 hour translation misleadings either.

^ I find them to be pretty crap. like comparable to google translate bad. I know a few other people on here have had similar experiences.

I've seen multiple problems with 1HT translations. Some of them pretty significant. They're better than Google Translate but nowhere near as good as a dedicated pro translator with enough time to do a good job.
Having said that, a lot of it's in who you get. If you're using 1HT it pays to pay close attention to the name of the translator working on your stuff. If you find a good one you can request them.
Another tip - tell them what sort of language you want to use (formal/informal), what the target demographic is, and what the ad or lander is actually meant to mean as opposed to just what it says. The more info the better job they can do.

Yeah, I don't use OHT anymore, I rarely find it much better than Google Translate.

Yeah, I've gotten some shoddy shit from OHT in the past. Definitely excited for Transey, Attila always delivers =)

shit, i thought it was a fluke... I had multiple times noticed that a google translated lander outperformed a OHT one...

They are not only MORE than 1 hour (33-72 hours more likely) but they employ countless retards who don't know what they are doing
enjoy these examples

Haha, well, point here is that they call themselves 1 hour translators which is very misleading.
The OHT name is supposed to suggest that your translation job starts in 1 hour although not everyone interprets it that way
I actually have had mixed experiences with OHT. There has some occasions where I discovered that the translation is bad by having it checked afterwards by someone else. This sucks of course since the times you don't have it check you have no way of knowing if it is good or not.
On the other hand, most of the times the translation works has been correct. The service is super fast if I compare it to dealing with individual translators who want payments or PO's first, are not responsive, don't deliver on time etc.
I don't know what Transey is but I would love to try a competitor to OHT

Transey like bannerslanders already is - will be an affiliates one stop efficient shop.
Once transey is ready and taking order all youll have to do is send an email with the texts you want.. the languages.. and thats it.. the text youll get back will be top notch.. quality checked .. and campaign ready.. all for 40%+ cheaper too!
