Need help understanding the planner data in decisive

Hey guys, trying to make sense of the numbers in the Planner

1. Does it mean that the Talking Tom App has the largest data volume for VN
2. No site traffic?
3. No CPM for Talking Ginger to android app
4. Can you suggest another source other than the Planner from decisive?

1. for mobile apps yes.
2. for site traffic select "site" in the menu to the left, it's right under app
3. yeah they don't have enough data or can't draw conclusions
4. ummm... can't think of anything. Just to try yourself and gather your own data.

1. Yep.
2. Click on "Site" under "Audience" to see the Site traffic.
3. Probably no-one's bid on it recently? I'm not sure on this one - Decisive folks?
4. For what? CPM numbers, volume, something else?

dvir0776/caurmen, thanks for your replies. I'm trying to understand what these numbers mean and how i can make a decision based on it. For example, my first screenshot shows over 1.2 mil clicks daily for the Talking Tom App. What does it mean to me who's trying to a run a campaign for a CPI based utility? Is it a lot? Enough to scale to a decent daily revenue if all the other numbers add up...
My second question is in regards to the sites under the Site link. I pulled up today's data for India and it's showing CPM as $.5 for adiquity.com. Does it make sense to filter out sources with higher CPM or run the campaigns first and cut later based on the data?
Sorry if my questions are too newbie but i need to have a good understanding of this stuff before i continue.
Site Impressions Average CPM
adiquity.com (India Entertainment Music Video Games Wap Site 320x50) 23,982,875 $0.05
pagalworld.com (pagalworld.com - India Popular Wap Site Music Video Games) 10,482,300 $0.07
pagalworld.com (AM pagalworld.com - India Wap Site Music Video Games - 320x50) 6,300,181 $0.64
miscellenous (miscellenous) 5,716,580 $0.29
tubidy.mobi (tubidy.mobi - Mobile Web - 320/50 - RTB) 5,254,780 $0.86

Adiquity.com is another network so you can't really interpret that much.

The planner will show you where the impressions for a given country come from.

E.g. what banner sizes get the most impressions, what carriers/connections, device OS and placements.

I would not blacklist placements because of what you see in the planner.

If Adiquity has a 5x higher CPM than the next highest volume placement, so what?

This doesn't mean the traffic won't work and if you bid low you probably won't get much volume from it anyway, so blacklisting it without data is a very poor approach.

I think you should look at this planner data to get an idea of IF there is traffic in a specific country for the OS, carriers, devices etc. that you need/want to target.

Outside of that, you should let your data control how you optimise your campaign.
