Rate my list of ad/affiliate networks to get started

I've done a lot of reading on the forums to familiarize myself. You can read my first post on the Follow-Along forum.

My question here is about signing up for networks. There are so many and a few different recommendations from the stickies on these forums. I've read the mobile appetiser and 14-day mobile guide.

Wondering what the best options are for mobile. Here's what I've done so far.

Ad Networks
Decisive (active)

Affiliate Networks
Matomy (active)
Affiliaxe (active)
F5 (pending)
MobPartner (pending)
Neverblue (pending)
Appflood (pending)
ClickDealer (pending) They have a nice list here http://affiliates.clickdealer.com/sources
MobParter (pending, looks like it's only for publishers, media buyers, and ad networks)

Couple questions

1. How does my list look?
2. Any recommendations for other traffic sources to start with?
3. I've noticed some networks are only open to experienced AMs (YeahMobi) and some are contacting me every day to help me get going (decisive, Matomy). Why the difference you think? Some newer networks maybe looking for more active members? Or some just have the manpower to contact new affiliates. Either way, I'm trying to get as much help as I can from those affiliate managers actively emailing me.

Thanks for your input.

3. Who knows, depends on the AM you get assigned and who's employed there. Don't think too hard on it.

2. I'm a mobile noob so no idea - I could list a dozen but frankly I'm not quite sure which ones are better for newbies (they all look similar to me). Maybe Millenial for premium traffic, BuzzCity for cheapo traffic, Mojiva/AdMob/MoPub for everything in between.

1. List good but don't stretch your campaigns over too many. Matomy has quite high payment thresholds. MobPartner has a tonne of offers but in my experience relatively little support AM wise and less flexibility on custom creatives, which are critical.
