which networks are good for shopping and discount stores, online shopping traffic and have a large database of german traffic? Trafficvance worked good so far.

to clarify: you're searching for traffic sources, not affiliate networks and not media buys on specific websites?
if the 2nd: definitely affili.net, maybe zanox as well and maybe webgains. Affili.net would be the best one to get into as an offer owner, but hard to get accepted and also some upfront invest (I think it's arround 5000€)
