we have a special bizz opp campaign that needs state targeting. I already know AdSupply,Decisive, POF. Cannot use AdWords or Facebook.
Does anyone know some traffic networks that support state targeting (doesn' matter if CPV, Media Buy, popunder, mobile, desktop etc)?
RevContent does state targeting as well as specific site targeting.
Why not try traffic networks without state targeting, filter out the states on your own, and send the desirable state traffic to your bizopp and your undesirable state traffic to another network?
Yes, I thought about that too, but at the moment this is the only campaign we have and we don't want to buy traffic that we have to send to other offers instead of our own.
But maybe this is the best solution...
Use YTZ.com or Redirect.com and let them optimize your traffic. If the ROI on your main offer is -10% or thereabouts, pushing the excess traffic to those networks have brought some of my slightly losing campaigns into profit.
Anyone some more traffic sources with state targeting?

I'm pretty sure a lot do.
I'm sure www.decisive.is has US state targeting.
I could swear Inmobi, mobfox, Adiquity and Buzz do too, but i've never tested.
