Using RingPools with landing pages?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IY1SaRH2Ix4

I watched this webinar, which provides a good overview on using RingPools for tracking. Here are my questions:

1. How do we decide on the timing / duration? From what I understand, if we have too many clicks on the landing page, a default "overflow" tracking number will be used, and unique tracking data will be lost.

2. Is there a unique tracking number per click?

3. Is there a way to integrate this tracking with Voluum (or another 3rd party tracker)? I read this thread (http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...r-Pay-Per-Call), but I'm working with non-search desktop traffic.

Thanks

1. You kind of have to guess, unless you already have traffic. If you set it to 5 minutes and 12,000 clicks you'll get the maximum of 50 numbers. If you need more than that you'll need bulk RingPools.

2. Yes, each phone number in the pool is pulled and assigned to the click and then not used again for the set period of time.

3. I'm not familiar with Voluum. But, you can create a tracking link with RingPools and pass click_id/subid or place pixels.
